Service Description
We know time is valuable, so we offer a free 30-minute Virtual Consultation to discuss your marketing needs. To ensure appointments are honored, we require a card on file when booking. While no deposit is collected, a $25 fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. This policy helps us respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly. If you're ready to chat, book your session today! This meeting is an introduction where we’ll get to know your business, listen to your needs, and answer any questions you may have. It’s all about understanding how we can best help you achieve your goals. Good news: your $25 is fully refundable once you show up for the meeting. If you need to reschedule, no problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll happily move things around for you. We do ask that you allow 2 business days for your refund to hit after attending the meeting. Heads up: if you cancel within 4 business days of your scheduled consultation, your deposit will be forfeited. So, make sure to keep us in the loop if something comes up!
Cancellation Policy
At Señor Marketing, we value both our time and yours. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for our Meetings, we require clients to provide a valid payment method at the time of booking. A $25 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting and for no-shows (failure to attend without prior notice). Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure efficiency in our scheduling. By booking a consultation, you authorize Señor Marketing to charge the $25 cancellation/no-show fee to the card on file if applicable. This charge only applies if the client fails to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the meeting or does not attend the scheduled session. If you attend the consultation as planned, no additional fees will be applied beyond any previously agreed consultation costs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, refund requests for the cancellation fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, we encourage timely communication to avoid unnecessary charges.
